These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cx77 ("cx77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx77 online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://cx77.cam (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion or using any feature of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

| "Balance" | The total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately identified. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Credits awarded by cx77 under a promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions before withdrawal is permitted. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits increased. |
| "Platform" | The cx77 website at https://cx77.cam, including all associated pages, features, games and betting markets. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the primary reference currency used when displaying amounts to Pakistani users. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any person ineligible to hold an account under Section 3 of these Terms, including minors and users in restricted jurisdictions. |
| "Services" | All betting, casino, live casino, virtual sports and related features provided through the Platform. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a User must wager on eligible games before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. |
To register and maintain an account on the cx77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

cx77 operates a KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations. Verification may be required at registration, prior to any withdrawal, upon a significant increase in account activity, or at any time at cx77's discretion.
Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or current passport), proof of residential address where applicable, and a selfie/liveness check. For Pakistani users, a valid CNIC is the primary accepted identity document.
Only submit KYC documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send documents via unencrypted email, SMS, WhatsApp or live chat. Do not submit documents that have been altered, cropped to remove security features, digitally modified or falsified in any way. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cx77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that is attributable to your failure to secure your login credentials.
The Platform is provided solely for personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt the service, to gain unfair advantages, or to engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation or operations of cx77.
In the event of a manifest technical error — including system malfunctions, incorrect odds display, game miscalculation or display errors — cx77 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and restore balances to their pre-error state. cx77 will not be liable to pay out winnings arising from a clearly demonstrable technical error.
Accepted deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier and may change from time to time. Familiar payment references for Pakistani players — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in the cashier. The listing of any payment method is not a representation that such method is currently available, nor does it constitute any endorsement of gambling by those providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are displayed with PKR equivalents where applicable. cx77 does not guarantee the absence of fees; third-party payment processors may apply their own charges, for which cx77 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. You must have completed KYC verification and have wagered your deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be considered. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe published in the cashier, subject to compliance review. cx77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 or equivalent.
Where PKR is not the base operating currency of the Platform, displayed amounts in Pakistani Rupees are indicative conversions based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of display. Actual debits and credits may reflect slight variations due to exchange-rate movements.
cx77 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which shall be read alongside these Terms. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written consent from cx77.

In all cases, cx77's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting cx77 support. Prior to closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification being complete. Outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
cx77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected; (c) required by law or a competent authority; (d) the account poses a regulatory, AML or reputational risk to cx77; or (e) the Player is identified as a Prohibited User.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cx77 will retain associated funds for the duration of that investigation. Funds found to be legitimately owned by the User following a concluded investigation will be returned; funds associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited and/or remitted to relevant authorities.
cx77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx77 holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to cx77's internal dispute resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
